Special expertise in a wide range of Islamic law,international project and trade finance international banking transactions,insurance,shipping and other asset leasing construction asset-based securities(Sukuk),international procurement of goods and services , arbitration, international claims and dispute settlement. Practical experience in legal appraisal, assessment and procurement of cove for, political insurance risks in addition to negotiation of a variety of contractual arrangements. Extensive travel experience through participation in worldwide appraisal missions, and participation in seminars, conferences and workshops on numerous legal issues.

Total legal experience of 18 (eighteen) years as lawyer and legal advisor . Have worked and appeared before all types of the Sudanese Courts of, different level and ranks such as civil , criminal ,commercial, and Sharia Courts. Registration of companies, trade names and trademarks. I have also worked as legal advisor for various companies as retained lawyer. Obtained the authority for the attestation of contracts from the Sudanese Chief Justice. Worked for 6(six) years in KSA – Riyad- as legal advisor and lawyer in a law office in preparation, reviewing of pleadings and memorandum for all types and ranks of courts in KSA as well as registration of companies, trade names, individual corporations and trademarks. Participated in the training of lawyers and legal seminars to legal students and business ladies through the KSA chamber of commerce to spread the legal culture and legal awareness in the Saudi community
