Al Mahmoud Law Firm was established in 2016 by Abdul Rahman Al- Mahmoud as a Qatari law firm with the objective of providing clients with reliable and top quality legal services to benefit from the robust economic environment and be part of future development projects. The office is fully equipped to meet the needs of a diverse client base including individual clients, domestic businesses and multinational corporations doing business in Qatar. We trust that our clients will benefit extensively from the enhanced legal services that the office provide. The firm is the first of its kind in Qatar as a specialized legal firm in the ICT field that understands the complex legal implications of technology in today’s world, and in our region in particular.

In addition to primarily positioning itself as an ICT law firm, the firm covers other areas of practice, benefiting from the extensive and in-depth knowledge of the members of its legal team. Our legal team had the privilege of actively participating in and serving the huge technological advances that Qatar has been witnessing since 2007. They teamed up with top international law firms such as Wiley Rein in drafting key laws and regulations such as the communication law, e-commerce, and personal data protection law, cybercrime law, critical infrastructure protection law, and major ICT programs and initiatives.
